Adoption

From evaluation to production

01

Evaluate in the sandbox

Engineers validate coverage, latency, and verdict semantics against the live API the same day — no procurement required to begin.

02

Pilot on monthly terms

Run production traffic under month-to-month terms while internal review and procurement complete. No annual commitment is required to start.

03

Move to an enterprise agreement

Negotiated volume, a contractual SLA, self-hosted or EU-resident deployment, and a data processing agreement — with documentation to support your vendor due diligence.

SLA, negotiated volume, or self-hosting?

The Enterprise agreement covers negotiated screening volume, a contractual uptime SLA, self-hosted or dedicated deployment for data-residency obligations, and the contract terms your procurement and legal functions expect.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What counts as one screening?

One address checked against sanctions lists (OFAC, the EU consolidated list and the UN Security Council list) and our risk and intelligence data. Every check — at onboarding, before a withdrawal, or on a monitored address — counts once against the monthly allowance.

What happens beyond the included volume?

Screening continues without interruption. Usage beyond the monthly allowance is metered per 1,000 screenings; where volumes are sustained, the next tier or a negotiated agreement is usually the better commercial fit.

Is an annual contract required?

No. Starter, Growth, and Scale run month-to-month, which is deliberate: your teams can evaluate and pilot without waiting on procurement. Where your organisation requires a negotiated agreement — SLA, self-hosting, custom terms — that is the Enterprise track.

What is the status of the Travel Rule module?

Originator and beneficiary data exchange (IVMS101, Regulation 2023/1113) is included on every plan. Institutions are onboarded in a staged manner — tell us your timeline and counterparties and we will scope the rollout.

Can screening run programmatically?

Yes, from Growth upward. API keys allow screening inside your onboarding, withdrawal, and monitoring flows, with webhooks for risk changes. Starter works through the dashboard.

Which networks are covered?

Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Tron, and Solana. Screening, monitoring, and Travel Rule operate across all supported networks on every plan.

Will the records stand up to a regulator or auditor?

That is the purpose of the product. Every screening is recorded with timestamp, actor, result, and request ID, and the full audit trail exports as evidence — for your compliance function, your auditor, or your supervisor.
