Is there a free tier?
Every new account receives $1 in free API credit — enough for 100 address checks or 1,000 sanctions screens. No credit card required to sign up. The free investigation tool at /investigate also remains available for individual fraud victims.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Prepaid credit tiers offer increasing discounts: 5% off at $100, 10% off at $500, 15% off at $1,000, and 20% off at $5,000+. Enterprise customers with custom volume needs can contact us for tailored pricing.
What blockchains are supported?
We currently support Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Binance Smart Chain (BSC), Tron (TRX), and Solana (SOL). More chains are added regularly. All chains are available through the same API endpoints at the same pricing.

Yes. Individual fraud victims can still run free preliminary investigations at /investigate. The free tool provides a risk score, basic fund flow analysis, and scam database cross-referencing. Detailed PDF evidence reports are available as one-time purchases ($49-$299).
What about compliance and audit requirements?
Every API call is logged with a unique request ID, timestamp, and result hash. Your portal dashboard provides a full audit trail exportable as CSV. The Compliance Dashboard product adds bulk screening, team management, and monthly compliance reports.
Do you offer SLAs?
Our standard API target is 99.9% uptime with <500ms p95 latency. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom SLAs with dedicated support channels and guaranteed response times.
