Refund Policy

1. Automated Delivery
ChainEvidence reports are generated automatically upon successful payment. Once your payment is confirmed through Stripe, our system immediately begins the investigation process and delivers the completed report to your account. Because this process is fully automated, reports are typically available within minutes of purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase if the investigation yielded no useful data. This applies in cases where the submitted Bitcoin address had no on-chain activity, the investigation could not produce any meaningful tracing results, or a technical error prevented the report from being generated correctly.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@chainevidence.net with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your investigation ID (found in your report or confirmation email), a brief explanation of why you believe the report did not provide useful data, and the email address associated with your purchase.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are processed within five to seven (5–7) business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Exceptions
Refunds are not available after seven (7) days from the date of purchase, regardless of the circumstances. Additionally, refunds will not be granted if the report contains actionable data, meaning it successfully traced transactions, identified wallet clusters, or provided any other substantive investigative findings. The determination of whether a report contains actionable data is made at our reasonable discretion.
